Our Process…

Whoa Partner!  There’s a new Sheriff in town.

Those not currently doing business with you – first need to work with us.

 

1.  Divert ALL Unwanted Sales Solicitors to VendorGrAde.

Simply inform them you have a registration process to follow and send them to us.

2.  They complete a “New Vendor Application” seeking approval to solicit / work with you.

We provide the application to your Designated Individual(s) to review.

3.  You Approve or Reject each new vendor request based on your needs.

We inform them of your decision on your behalf, along with the next steps.  (If applicable)

If Approved…

They’ll be able to work with you but NOT until orientated by us on your Conduct policies.

If Denied…

We’ll inform them they aren’t needed, nor are they permitted to solicit your organization.

    (For 12 months perhaps.)

You need to do everything you can to better protect your organization, your facility, and your reputation!

    (Afterall…it’s your time and you’re liable for what occurs in your facility!)

This may seem extreme or unrealistic, but there are too many Risk Factos like COVID, Data Security Breaches, Safety, etc.
